In the Old Mill, a room with a mill wheel and wooden beams that holds up to 70 people. Larger groups use the Wildfütterung. Small teams like the big living room of a whole house, with a tiled stove instead of a projector fan.
You walk to the gondola, so the slopes are close during breaks.
A morning in the yoga room, an afternoon on the mountain, an evening in the farmhouse sauna. And cooking together in a whole house, which often does more than any workshop.
If you would rather not cook: from January 2027 we cook for your retreat on request, and farm-to-table breakfast is available on request.

Quiet. No traffic outside the window, wood in the living room, snow on the roof.

The Old Mill holds up to 70, the Wildfütterung up to 100. For sleeping we combine whole houses, also with Kirchleitn next door.
Tell us what you need in your enquiry. Fibre-optic internet is there, everything else goes into the offer.
No, Beim Oswald is car-free. Cars and coaches park for free outside the village, and you carry your luggage the last few metres.
There is no restaurant in the village. Every apartment has a kitchen, and the village shop in Kirchleitn across the way is open daily until 10 pm. From January 2027 we cook for groups on request, and a farm-to-table breakfast is available on request.
