In the Nockberge, the gentle mountains around Bad Kleinkirchheim, part of the biosphere park. Broad ridges, little rock, lots of space: good for groups who want to walk together. Check routes and conditions locally, and ask us about guided tours.
If you prefer gliding, there are cross-country trails in town, regional info at kaernten.at.
The farmhouse sauna, opened with your phone key. Then the living room with its tiled stove and a kitchen with space for the whole group. For alpine clubs and walking groups we make an offer with whole houses.
On request we serve a farm-to-table breakfast before you head out.

Yes, dogs are welcome. The dog fee is in the offer.
No, Beim Oswald is car-free. Cars and coaches park for free outside the village, and you carry your luggage the last few metres.
There is no restaurant in the village. Every apartment has a kitchen, and the village shop in Kirchleitn across the way is open daily until 10 pm. From January 2027 we cook for groups on request, and a farm-to-table breakfast is available on request.
