Up Mallnockweg from St. Oswald. This is where the drive ends; the car parks are right behind it.

Free at the edge of the village, one space per apartment. The EV charger is here too, please let us know in advance. From here you walk.

On the meadow just below the big car park: this is where the summer open air “Wenn die Musi spielt” takes place, on 18 and 19 June 2027. From your front door it is a few steps. The winter open air is held at the Kaiserburgbahn valley station, on 22 and 23 January 2027.

The heart of the village. Paths lead from here to the houses, 118 to 144.

The big barn on the village square is not a restaurant and is not open every day. It opens for events such as parties and weddings.

Skis, boots and bikes sleep here. From the door to the gondola it is about five minutes on foot.

At the upper edge of the village, with a lawn to lie on. Sauna towels are ready, and your phone opens this door too. High season daily 3 pm to 10 pm, otherwise on request (let us know an hour ahead).

Below the village, about five minutes on foot. In winter the gondola takes you to the slopes, in summer up the Brunnach for a hike.

In high season daily from 3 pm to 10 pm: during the Austrian and German school holidays, i.e. Christmas to Epiphany, the February half-term and carnival, Easter and in summer from July to mid-September. Outside the holidays on request: let us know at least an hour ahead, that is how long it takes to heat up.
Yes, on request. The village sauna in Kirchleitn is 200 metres away, just let us know beforehand.
Depending on the house, a few minutes on foot. You carry your own luggage; no cars drive in the village.

About five minutes on foot to the Brunnachbahn valley station.
By car on the A10 to the Gmünd exit, then about 40 minutes on the B88 to St. Oswald. Parking is free at the edge of the village, and there is an EV charging point too (please let us know in advance). By train to Spittal an der Drau, from there a regular bus runs to St. Oswald.
