Because nothing is required. Beim Oswald is a small car-free village of old wooden houses, each apartment with its own living room, tiled stove and kitchen. Some go for walks, others sit by the window looking out at the Nockberge.
Two thermal spas are reachable by local bus, Römerbad and St. Kathrein. More about Bad Kleinkirchheim at badkleinkirchheim.at.
The village is car-free. The coach stops at the car park outside, you walk the last few metres, and in winter there is snow. Tell us in your enquiry who has trouble walking, and we pick apartments with short paths.
For an evening together there is the Old Mill. From January 2027 we cook for your group there on request.

The houses are old wooden houses. Tell us in your enquiry who cannot manage stairs, and we choose suitable apartments.
By the Bad Kleinkirchheim local bus. You pay admission at the spa.
No, Beim Oswald is car-free. Cars and coaches park for free outside the village, and you carry your luggage the last few metres.
There is no restaurant in the village. Every apartment has a kitchen, and the village shop in Kirchleitn across the way is open daily until 10 pm. From January 2027 we cook for groups on request, and a farm-to-table breakfast is available on request.
