Quiet days in a small car-free village of old wooden houses. Every apartment has its own living room with tiled stove and a kitchen, so each couple has their own retreat and the group still stays together.
Outings without a car: the local bus goes to the Römerbad and St. Kathrein spas, the gondola is about 300 m away.
The village is car-free. The coach stops at the car park, everyone walks the last few metres, in winter on snow. The old wooden houses have stairs. Tell us in your enquiry who has trouble walking and we choose suitable apartments.
From January 2027 we cook for groups on request, served in the Old Mill or the Wildfütterung. Farm-to-table breakfast is available on request, with produce from Carinthian farms. What is served is set out in the offer.
The village has no restaurant. Self-caterers have a kitchen in every apartment, and the village shop in Kirchleitn across the way is open daily until 10 pm.

In 63 apartments in old wooden houses, each with kitchen, bathroom and living room with tiled stove. Whole houses are available for 16, 24 and 36 people and can be combined with Kirchleitn next door.
