Payment Terms

STANDARD PRICE
Guarantee conditions:
Your credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking. Please note that we reserve the right to verify the validity of your credit card following the booking.
If you do not have a credit card, we offer you the option to pay via SEPA direct debit. In this case, the payment must be settled no later than 21 days before arrival.
Payment terms:
Book Now & Pay Later.
The total amount is to be paid by credit card up to 4 days before arrival. For other payment methods, the amount must be settled no later than 21 days before arrival.

The remaining balance is to be paid by credit card up to 4 days before arrival. For other payment methods, the amount must be settled no later than 21 days before arrival.
DEPOSIT
Resort guests are required to provide a fully refundable deposit* of €150.00 before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided that there are no damages caused by the guest in the apartment or public areas.
*The deposit requirement is waived if you have chosen a valid credit card as the payment method for your booking and have completed a “Strong Customer Authentication” (SCA), also known as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Cancellation Policy

STANDARD PRICE OFFERS
- A free cancellation of your stay is possible up to 4 days before arrival.
- From 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- For no-shows, unused rooms, or early departure, 100% will be charged
- Our cancellation policy refers to the rental or accommodation price.
- Additional costs (e.g., final cleaning) will not be charged in case of cancellation.

- A free cancellation of your stay is not possible.

Important Information:
To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you protect yourself with a “Hotel Cancellation Plus” or “Hotel Cancellation Premium” travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the accommodation contract according to § 18 para 1 Z10 FAGG.
