Cancellation & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective rate description:
STANDARD PRICE
Free cancellation of your stay is possible up to 15 days before arrival. (Excluding Christmas and New Year)
Our cancellation terms apply only to the accommodation price:
For cancellations made less than 4 days before arrival: 90% (Christmas/New Year: less than 7 days).
For cancellations made between 4 and 14 days before arrival: 70% (Christmas/New Year: between 7 and 30 days).
For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% (Christmas/New Year: up to 30 days).
In case of no-show, unused rooms, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 25% is required upon booking to confirm it. The deposit can be paid by credit card (or bank transfer).
The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
A deposit (via credit card or bank transfer) is required as a guarantee for your booking.
Important Information:
To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you protect yourself with a “Hotel Cancellation Plus” or “Hotel Cancellation Premium” travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the accommodation contract according to § 18 Abs 1 Z10 FAGG.
Note on the Package Travel Act: If your booking is a package tour, the guidelines of the Package Travel Act apply.
