Cancellation & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective rate description, the following conditions apply:
STANDARD PRICE
Free cancellation of your stay is possible up to and including 14 days before arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Our cancellation policies refer exclusively to the rental or overnight stay price:
- From 13 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- For stays over Christmas and New Year, different conditions apply:
- Free cancellation up to and including 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 100% of the total amount will be charged
- In the event of a no-show, unused nights, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be invoiced.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 25% is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 13 days before arrival.
A deposit serves as a guarantee for your booking.
Important Information:
To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you protect yourself with a “Hotel Cancellation Plus” or “Hotel Cancellation Premium” travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the accommodation contract according to § 18 Para. 1 Z10 FAGG.
